It's poorly translated, but you can get the gist of it (or read the English gist of it here), and it's basically that Naughty Dog is working on fixing bugs in the Beta, especially matching and that "restarts your PS3" thing. They already made the Deathmatch kill limits and the Plunder point limit higher to extend play time.
