Columbia studios picked up the Uncharted movie, which will be written by Kyle Ward and produced by Avi Arad, Charles Roven, Ari Arad and Alex Gartner.
Also, this article totally spoils the twist of the game.
EDIT: Even Wells did a post about it on the Playstation Blog. Popular vote in the comments seems to be for Nolan North as Drake, followed by Nathan Fillion (of Firefly/Serenity fame). Emily Rose is really the only name popping up for Elena.

Remember when Nolan talked about Drake beign 28? Well around Uncharted DF release, Naughty Dog had an ARG where Elena Fisher posted a video under her youtube account. The account has Elena as 27 years old.
